EAD was applied for both me and my wife on April 4th
Got RFE for both June 12th.
RFE replied 18th.
Wife Case approved on 26th. Mine still says RFE recieved.
Is anyone have a clue. I am being the primary.
Any suggestions. thanks
 
You are ok. BCIS is not processing EAD, AP and sometimes 485 at the same time for family members.
 
What is the rfe about

I am in a similar situation. I have not gotten my rfe notice yet. what was yours about?
 
RFE was for Photo ID like Drivers license or passport.
My H1 expiers by Aug 15th. I hope they approve before that
