I am a US citizen, and I am going to apply greencard for my parents by myself, any one who has this experience, please share, and how llong it should take for them to get approve, Thnaks in advance,

Assuming they do intend to live in the US once they get their green cards, it should take 12 months from start to finish.

You parent would have to move and LIVE in the US. A GC is not a substitute for a visit visa.
