Any one has sequence to open a SR#?

Does any one have a sequence to dial to open a SR# (similar to POJ method)?

Can we open iit? OR talk to the CSR to do it?

I have tried many time and i am not able to get to the CSR...I always get to the recorded msg. Is there a sequence to get to the CSR?

Try this..

1-800-375-5283 and the sequence of the other numbers to get to talk to a person is -- 1 2 2 6 ( no need to key in your receipt number ) 2 4
once you talk to them.. you can ask them to open a "Service Request"
on your case.
