Any one got approved in EAC02109XXXX series

Got RFE on Nov 28 2003.
Done 2 FP in July 31 2003 and got 3rd FP in dec 2003 after
RFE. Replied RFE today.

AD ?

There is no doubt that the 3rd EAD triggered my case to be assinged to a Officer , because my RD on 3rd EAD is 18th NOV
and ND - 20th Nov, 2003 . As per the senator office the case was assinged on 21st Nov, 2003 and got a RFE on 12/12/2003.

Guys, try to apply for 3rd EAD as early as possible if your 2nd EAD
is expiring within 4 months.
