I need to send AC140 documnets. I need to know the address in section 10 (permanent address in US) and 13 (present address) can be given the current address in US? OR the section 13 (present address) should be the address in home country?

Hi,

Not sure I understand the question but in Item 10 your name and your address in the US goes there. If your present address is in India then you need to write this the addres in India in item 13.
