Any Oct'03 filers without FP notice??

The I-485 status for me and spouse were updated yesterday--saying that FP notices were sent. We are also waiting since long time for FP notice. May be some movement at NSC. I live in IL.

I-140/485--ND: Nov 17th, 2003
EB3, EAD1: Dec 30th, 2003
Applied for EAD2: ND: Aug 17th, 2003

I am not sure if I am posting it in the right thread. We have got the finger prints notice for 22nd sept. We reside in NJ and the finger prints are in Indiana. I was thinking that the finger printing can be done in the state one resides.

Please advice If I am wrong. Appreciate any replies

You can do it in your local INS office also. Find out where is your district office is give them a call.

You may not need an appointment you can just walk-in.
