LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.

FP done in May/2004.

My 140 LUD changed to Jan/2004 when i appled for 485 , so am i considered oct filer for 140 or Jan filer ?? any clues gurus ??

LUD on I485 - 8/4/04 - after FP.

I just received an email from the USCIS that my 2nd EAD has been approved today and will mail me a card as soon as it is ready. There was an LUD on the I-131 that I applied a week after the EAD. No LUDs on 140 or 485.
