ur case also labor substitution? Looks like substitution cases are not processed the same way as regular cases.
 
wantgcasap..mine is not labour sub...it is regular..just dont know why they are touching it...well just not lucky at all...

EAD and AP are approved
I-485 - Nov 19, 2003

LUD is still showing November date... DONT KNOW why!! But there are guys with august and sep dates and still waiting!!

My I-485 / EAD / AP filing date is APR/26/2004. Filed very late. But got approval in around 2 mths approx

140 LUD ---->>> 02/19/2004. (I guess this update is due to 485 application.
 
yeah my LUD changed on 07/21. Also they issued an RFE requesting for more additional info. Dot have much details yet regarding the reason for RFE. Should know it when my lawyer gets the letter from BCIS.

Will keep posted.

My LUD changed both on 07/20/2004 and 07/21/2004 and havnt heard anything yet, as the online message is still same. My ND is Oct 24, 2003 for I-140.

Carbon, did your online message changed for RFE??

I dont know whats happening with my case, LUD changed continuously for two days and then no change in online message....

Probably you will get approval in a day or two. BTW, could you please let me know the category on ur case?
 
didanyonesaygc, I have not initiated a query yet, probably will ask my lawyer to do it next week!!

JSP, I am on EB3 category with labor substitution, got my EAD and AP approved in April and the LUD for 140 is 07/21/2004 while 485's LUD has not changed yet!

today my lawyer initiated a query amidst confusion,
we intiated a query as well as notified change of address (employer) with one phone call to CIS.
Funny part is my lawyer also moved to a new location and they did not want to inform that to CIS because they think that doing so will cause delays in processing my application. I don's understand their strategy. My lawyer says that they will still go to their old address everyday and collect mail if they have rceived any docs even though they moved to new location.
