Hi All,
Is any body still waiting for an approval after filing EAD renewal in OCT this yr? My case is still pening and RD is 10/23 with ND 10/29.

Please post your details..

Its 03-022-50***. Did u call IIO lately? I called couple of weeks back. She said it will be approved after a week or two. Still no luck.
 
Matter of factly , i spoke to an IIO just today - she said it is "pending final review" whatever that means.

When I asked her for the timeframe, she said she could not give me a timeframe but it will be soon (soon=????)

We had discussion b4 ..right? Btw.. did u call an IIO to inquire the status of your case? something wrong with the 10/29 ND??????
 
I am a Nov case, but when I called IIO they told me that it is been picked up by an officer and I should hear from them in about 3 weeks. Did any of you get a similiar reply.
