Any Oct 2001 RD left with me?

Wife still pending.

Wrote to both MA Senators, their offices sent letters to VSC no help.
Wrote to our congressman Meehan, no help
Faxed request for expedited case JUST LIKE Mentioned above, no help
 
Count me in.. no FP2... contacted senator and congressman...no progress...faxed letter to VSC....no reply..
 
my lawyer after i called them states no help and probably harmful to call them, Duh. Congressman and senate same thing.

My employer called to expdite on basis of interested govt. agency declined on the basis. Last finger print message updated after 9 months recently but and last update message recently updated. But no answer from INS. Called them no good answer. Probably movement due to EAD application last month.
And if you want to know more have started getting error messages on that to. On the brighter side you did get and send your RFE?

My wife's Number 21, 2001 case is still pending.

Contacted Senators, sent letter to VSC...no use.

Just wait I guess. :mad: :mad:
 
Finally Wife got Approved

Hello everyone

Finally after 7 years its all over now.
My wife got approved yesterday about 17 months after I got approved.

I am positive Sending a fax to FBI for name check helped. Because they replied back with email that they had finished the name check that day.
After waiting for 2 years.

Please keep hope and send a fax to FBI.
Many people have posted on this forum how to send fax to FBI but if you need more info let me know and I will tell you all I know

Got email from FBI saying name check completed on Aug 26 2004

Many EAD and AP in between
