Any November 02 EB2 approvals??

Nov 02 EB2 ?? - Must be kidding.

Are you kidding ?. VSC hadly processed any Sept '02 EB2. There are no October in sight and you want to know about Nov '02 approvals ? :D

Any post-Sept 1st week approvals for EB2 is by mere luck of individuals. And there a chunk of unlucky folks ranging from March thru August.

Damn how did that get approved in 3 months;
anyway do u guys think it is a good idea for me to fille my 485 concrrenlty now, my 140 ND is 11/5/02. or is it better or wait for 140 to be approved first....... not any technicality but only from a 140 ND stand point

This 140 was filed on the same date as mine

Instead of 485 You can file CP which is faster option than filing 485.
Its your choice. I really dont know about CP.

I filed 485 /131/765 on i40 receipt in Feb and got EAD and AP
in April


There is option in 140 whether to dp consular processing or
file for 485 (AOS) here in US.

If you have given option for AOS i dont what is the procedure
to switch to CP . search on immihelp.com



Why didnt't you file concurrently you would have gotton
EAD/AP ?

Consult your lawyer.. See what options are?
