Any Nov Guys left out without RFE or I am the only one

I140 was approved for I-485

Everything is OK in my case. Always valid status, never changed any company. Salary as per labor.
All other documents are valid and OK.

I do not know what could be wrong. Nobody can predict INS ways. Nowadays they do not even tell the reason for delay. Just wait and you will hear something soon. That soon never seems to come.

Called IIO yesterday for the first time for my EAC #. She said it might take another 45 days...
 
Is your PD is > 1999.....

there is a theory floating around in the message board that INS is approving cases whose Prority Date is
 
Spoke to IIO..

Spoke to an IIO today. ND 11/00. Did not give any info - "Can not tell you if case has been assigned... Donot know how long it will take.. No idea why the delay.. you can call when ever you like.."
God please help..

Guys,

Be patient. I think they have started working on November cases again.
I just checked the AVM. Myself and my wife\'s case got approved on Oct. 24.

The last time I checked the AVM was yesterday around 5.00 pm, it was saying the same old message. Today when I checked, I heard the magic words.

I think PD theory is right.

I see most of the Dec/Jan approval cases with PD earlier than ours i.e.
