2nd FP but no RFE

I did my 2nd FP 6 months back. Apart from that no movement on my case. I tried through senator, but they are also not helpfull. They took all the info but never came back even after couple of followups..

How did VSC reply when you sent a fax? Did they send a response by fax as well?

I have been faxing VSC for a while now but never got a response.

I received a reply by mail within 4 days. My fax copy was attached to their reply letter.
