Any Nov. 99, Dec. 99 ND cases waiting? Please post

Are there any Nov. Dec. RD/ND cases still left for approval?
There are not that many from htese months that are being posted on this board
It seems that this is the CHOSEN bunch. First the finger print delays (stopped at Sept. 99 for a long time. and now Jan and Feb \'00 cases getting approved with very slow movements in Nov and Dec cases. What is Vermont upto? Have they forgotten these two months?

Yes, I\'m still waiting for my turn...

My case: EB1; China; RD:11/30/99, ND12/13/99; FP: 03/19/01

My guess is that different categories (EB1/EB2/EB3) are processed by different officers with VERY different pace. For example, I personally I have not seen an EB1 case with FP date later than mine got approved. Otherwise I\'d pick up the phone to call VSC.

If post if you know more info. Anyhow, we should hear something in the next week or so, hopefully!

INS should come out with white paper on company name change issue.

Called IIO was told to wait for another 2-3 months for approval.
