Just checking if any Nov guys are still waiting for approval. I dont see my approval sooner as my FP is already expired and waiting for second FP notice and saga continues forever..sob sob

VSC, why they just pick all the RFE cases and get it approved as all these cases are already 95% processed and just they need is RFE responses which is pretty straight forward.. Really VSC sucks big time..

What do you mean by mixed up/conflict in online status? In my case, on 08-04-03 both online and AVM changed to RFE issued...While my lawyer was waiting for the RFE notice to arrive in the mail, surprisingly two weeks later on 08-18-03 both online and AVM changed to RFE response received... My lawyer swears that he didn't receive anything from INS and therefore didn't respond to any query. Sounds like a mistake on the INS side. I am just trying to find if someone else had experienced a problem similar to mine.

I gave my 2nd FPs in CA when it was actually scheduled in NJ because I moved to CA. I verified with FBI and they are saying my FPs were forwarded to CSC. But my case is pending with VSC. I'm wondering how I can have FPs transferred. I even contacted NCSC but no use.
