There are quite a few October cases out there too who have not yet got approved !

I think there are some August and September filers also !

I'm travelling to India in Aug. Unless I'm approved in the next few days I'll need to apply for Advance Parole in Philadelphia.

Has anybody got their Advance Parole from Philadelphia? Can you share your experience.

I'm a November 2001 filer. There's been some activity on case. I think it helped for me to call and speak to an IIO and inform her that it had been more than 580 days for my case, and that I hadn't heard anything except for a second FP notice. Two days later they issued an RFE.

I can't say this will be the case for everyone calling in, but at this point it wouldn't hurt. At least I don't think so if you make an earnest request when you talk to the IIO.
