My response to the RFE was received by VSC on Oct 22, no approval yet. Are there any other Oct RFE waiters?

My response to RFE was received by VSC on Oct.18, no news after that. Spoke to an IIO on Dec.2, told me to wait another 4-6 weeks to hear something.
 
I also for spouse, INS recd on Oct 23

ND Jul 12 00, Primary approved Aug 01, Since file got seperated, We recd RFE on Oct 11th.
No response, Still waiting
