Folks,

Any of You who does not live in Newark center's jurisdiction and has succesfully obtained a walk-in AP from Newark office , please post your experience. Also make it clear if you were 90 days past AP application RD..

Quite a few of us in this board ( outside of Newark area) are looking forward to obtaining AP from Newark.

Just my thoughts, I think if you are from NJ then you can go to Newark for AP, I went there exactly after 90 days of pending AP application, search forum to get posting from me and Daj for same like docs needed etc.

It is worth giving a try, all they were checking for EAD was state of application not sub-juristiction like cherry hill etc.

I did obtain walk in AP

Hi,

Yes in November last week, I went straight away to Newark Office to get walkin AP and after a loong wait almost 8 hrs. they finally issued AP and asked a couple of questions (typical...the reason you are leaving country etc)

But they do issue walkin AP and ask couple of more experiences from other people.

It's very tiresome whole day process at Newark
