Well, Go2BK, the only person that can update us about this issue is LAW PERSON but he is not saying anything. I wish he could though. I'm very anxious to know about that too. Actually I was googling the same topic right before I saw your post. Still "No luck".

Nothing is final yet. Negotiation is still on going. But according to what lawyers of this case told me, there IS some real HOPE (I'm sorry that I cannot say too much in this final stage of negotiation). Good luck to everyone.
