Any news on EB1(C) cases?

There is not much information on pending EB1 (Multinational Managers) cases.
Those who are in this category, can you share your status to find a pattern?

So far I have not called TSC or scheduled Infopass. Not sure whether my case is stuck in Namecheck.

EB1 (C) - TSC
I-140 AD - June 2006
I-485 RD - Oct 2006
Country - India
 
I am also in the same boat. EB1-C India. 485 RD 9/29/06 ND 10/4/06.

Now, I am planning to change my employer. Gurus, can somebody please let me know the risks involved in changing the employer (AC21). Since my case doesn't involve a labor, what does the same/similar job requirement mean?

Did you call TSC to confirm whether you case is stuck in name check?
We have almost the same RD for I-485 (mine is Oct 13)

Yes, we can change jobs. There is some separate thread wholly devoted to AC-21. You may just have to get letter from your new employer indicating your position and perhaps must sound 'managerial'
 
I am in the same boat as we; EB1-B China. 485 RD 11/09/06, however, I have two LUD in July 23 and 24. Nothing happen right now

Got a LUD on 7/30 and also an email that an RFE is sent for my case.
The approved I-140 also had a LUD on 07/28

Anyone knows whether it is normal to have a LUD on already approved case?
