IL -SESA Status Question??

if so when and wazz you case#? Mine was send to sesa first week of nov...i am yet to get any response

But, DOL is a little slow in updating their system. I think now they have entered cases they recevied on or around 12/17/01. So even if my case was tranfered to DOL on January 9th, it would not show up on their system till later this month. I\'ll put a new note on this thread once I see my case on the DOL system.

Your case will hopefully move ina week or two. Good Luck and keep us posted.

it has been over 1 month and my lawyer did not hear anything from IL SESA?

did you try calling DOL# 312-886-2928

i called today, they could not find me case# asked me to call next week, hope you will have some luck...he just asked for Last & First Name and Employer Name...
also he was taking about processing Dec. case...which i did not understand...
