I am sure that INS has slowed down the processing of FP\'s and instead focussed on processing the applications prior to Aug, 99. If i am right, INS will adjudicate all 485 applications prior to August before the end of this year and then divert back all its resources to process FP\'s with RD\'s after August.
Let us wait and see if this theory holds good.
