Any new RFE approvals, who replied rfe\'s in March?

What an Idiot comments without pausing to think on what is posted?

I had 2 sets of affidavits(for marriage certificate)with me. I sent one for my son and one for my wife. INS lost my wife\'s response. I do have photocopies for the affidavits. But seeing the way NSC is generating RFEs for every damn thing, I don\'t want to send a photocopy affidavit and wait an another month or two only to get one more RFE asking for original affidavits. See what I mean?! Thanks for all the feedback I am getting on this.
 
INS itself has said orignal affidavits are not required

Have you thought about what if they are lost in the mail
Then you are back to square one again

Case approved for me, my wife and my son.
RFE regards my wife and my son\'s status before they got H4 status.
RFE regards me about work status after H1 expired.
The company I used to work for was closed in 4/2001. But I stayed with the company until the end of 10/2001. Then I got a new job, working on EAD.

Any updates on your case by chance?
I get to talk to an IIO yesterday and she said that my case has been assigned to an Examiner and hopefully within next 3 months(???), I should get a written decision. GOD only knows!
 
As per an IIO our Cases are with an Officer. Does an Officer get the files \'after\' an examiner exa

Since my wife\'s RFE response never got updated in the AVM, we sent our response a second time. As per tracking information NSC got her papers 10 days back, still the AVM never got updated. So she called NSC last week and was told by an IIO, that all our files (mine, my wife’s and my son’s) are with an officer. Any idea how long will it take for the Approval?

Approval after RFE, sorry about the late posting

RD 04/02/2001, ND 04/18/2001, FP 06/16/2001, RFE 02/26/2002, replied-received by INS 03/16/2002, approved 04/09/2001. I just received the hard copy yesterday, not because of the INS but my attorney. AD notice received by attorney on 04/15/2002.

Sorry that you couldn\'t post your info.My site was very new that time, started 4/2/02 and its possible there could have been some errors.Try posting your info now and if you have any problems , send me e-mail at rup@rupnet.com.
Also, The EAD and RFE section are very new and I am requesting users/new people to add their info in the respective columns.
