I think the dates became current at that time and hence so many cases in that month. I hope this helps. Thanks Haresh

RD 02/11;
ND 02/20;
11/23 - AVM - RFE for child (checked AVM 11/26)
11/27 - AVM - approved, except child. (checked AVM 11/27)
