My wife filed her EAD on 01/24/2005 and got approved on 02/22/2005 or 02/24/2005 (I do not remember any more).

if EAD is delayed then they are fixing their system. They were giving one year from the approval data. In this process my wife's EAD lost almost 6 months. I have asked them to amend and re-issue with proper validity dates. Last LUD on the approved EAD was Feb 14th, nothing so far. I will wait till the processing date to go past Feb14th to make an enquiry.

Renewal EAD

I applied for my renewal on 02/15/2005 and they sent me back because I didn't gave my signature. Again I sent back. No reply till now. Do you know how many days does it goign to take to get the ND letter !!!

Why EAD approval time vary that much?

My current is going to expire next week. I am kind of nervous whether I am going to be approved by next week or not. I guess if not I have to quite my job and wait until it is approved or 90 days.

Any suggestions getting the renewal EAD very quick !!!

My Lawyer applied 3rd EAD Last week - Mar '03. 05

Thr s no LUD on my I-485...as of yet....

IS it necessary that thr will be LUD when EAD is submitted....

Also Waiting for my I-140 Approval....

I filed my EAD on 2/9 PaperBased and my LUD changed twice on 2/16 and 2/17 with no message change, what does it mean? ANY IDEA?

Can any one tell me when will I get approval my current one will expire on 5/6/05.

If I donot receive my EAD by 5/6 what are my options?

Do you guys suggest me file for eEAD for safe side. Based on the posts about some are received in few days to few months.
