Any new approvals??

I don't see any posting from users who case is approved within last couple of days...What's going on? Is NSC working on I-485 or still busy doing some guffy things. Is anybody have any idea??

The approvals on Sep 29 and OCt 1 seem to be one time thing ....
I didn't hear any approvals in a week....

What's going on ?

Did they switch to any other processing category like they did for the refugees and religious workes lately .....

Like may be ...... hmm ...
 
New Fiscal Year

It's been more than the New Fiscal Year began and there doesn't seem to be any acceleration in processing. So, all we got after waiting all these months for October is a "reduction in processing time to 30-90 days" (for 1 day).

Resp for the Ist RFE Recvd in 1 day.

Don't know if this is the usual trend or not. My attorney had send the response to First RFE on Oct 6th and the online status got updated on Oct 7th saying the response was received for both my case and my wife's case. I did not think the open their mails so soon.

My attorney did send by next day Fedex Service.
