My ND is 12/13.FP 03/08, EAD 03/12. Waiting...
Does anybody know if there is an older case with ND from Oct, or Sept
but aplicant does not have a visa available, does INS go to newer cases, with ND Nov or Dec and work on aplicants that has visa available?
