It's a matter of debate. My lawyer says "usually", plenty of folks on this forum disagree. One thing's for sure: an IIO has noticed your FPs were out of date, so you were sent for FP2. It 'probably' means someone is assigned to your case.

I am noticing multiple approvals in the last two days who did their 2nd FPs in the past month - May & June. Lets keep our fingers crossed!!!!

Our 2nd fps are received on 6/9/04. Still waiting for approval. 3EAD and 3AP approved recently.

This would be a very welcome trend! I long for an approval, and hope we don't get diverted with RFEs, or even worse, a transfer for interview. It's been long enough already!
 
Yes. There are approval's for guys who did 2nd FP on May/June or before,but thier ND date is May 02 and before

So I have not seen any approval for guys with ND June/July/Aug who has done 2FP Recently. Looks like they have not started looking into June02 cases. Hopefully they will in next 2-3 weeks.
