No postings doesnot mean no approvals
No postings in this site doesnot mean no approvals...there has been some movement in i140 EB3 cases recently. Although they are mostly Dec 2002 to Jan 2003 and some Feb 2003 cases, its a good foot forward. May people of my company have got their I140 in recent weeks.

too early!
I guess it is too early to ask this question if no RFE was generated for I140.
We may see some movements after January/February 2004 for I140 and simultaneously we could get FP notices. From that point on another 10 months for I485. So we need to just wait and see....

They are working - but in random order
I am tracking a couple of cases around me.
For one RFE has been generated today.
My details:
RD - 02/01/03
ND - 03/06/03
The case for which RFE has been generated has same ND.
I am also tracking a couple of number in January - they are still at the same received status.
I am inclined to think that - it cannot be completely random - there must (and must) be some order which we don't know of may be PD of labor or job code or may be alphabetical order. But there has to be something - else such a huge system cannot work.
As someone suggested AILA should fight to get the processing rules published - so that people like us don't waste their time playing guessing game.

Only issue is it is taking away any small hopes we have.
Why do you think February '04 will do the trick? Any basis for it - or just end of holiday period?
Or H1-B Quota will be over by then.
Whatever - I will be happy if I really see my approval in Feb '04.
