Any new approvals from Dec03

Please post if any new approvals are recieved from Dec-03. I called my lawyer and she says that the priority date is just one week ahead of mine which Dec-29. For her to do a fax enquiry the date should be atleast 6 weeks ahead. Is that true.

No, the time is 30 days

You will find it posted on the USCIS website (prior to Processing Times). You should be able to initiate an enquiry, then.
Write to your Attorney then, requesting to intiate a formal enquiry at USCIS.
 
Now,
there are many more fax inquires will go to CA Center bcos still tons of applications are pending at USCIS prior to Dec.03.
I think there would be std reply of we are working on it.
CA center totally fooling us. dont know how much time it will take??

30 days is correct

Yes it should be atleast 30 days beyond the JIT report. Other-wise either the attorney or the USCIS will not consider looking into that FAX.

what does formal inquiry mean? I tried to send email a couple of times myself even though my RD is still two months away from the JIT. I only got standard reply from the email anyway.

Mine was approved, earlier tonight. My dates - both for I-140, and I-485 were exactly 4 weeks (28 days) behind yours. (My category was EB-2 - filed at CSC)
I-140 RD: Jan. 20, '04
I-485/I-131/I-765 RD: June 15, '04
I-131/I-765 AD: July 15, '04
FP: July 22, '04
I-140 AD: Oct. 25, '04

Thanks for the post. I will call my lawyer to do a fax enquiry. Also it implicated that cis is actually working. I thought that the cis is not processing anything till the election and holidays are over. But it is a good thing that they are actually approving the cases.

Is just your I-140 approved or I-485 too?

I hope they're God's words from your mouth! :-)

I am really looking forward to clearing that last hurdle; I just wrote to the FBI to enquire if they received/processed my Name Check. I guess, I will know better, then.
