Any new approval with I-140 CP....

A quick observation for I-140 CP filers...

As per the recent postings, while March 01 approvals are cruising, I saw a posting of Dec 00 I-140 with CP. Does this mean I-140 CP may cause a 3 month delay.

Experienced folks please share your thoughts - anything we can do to avoid this delay.

Zambia - You have a point - But I don\'t agree with it.

I also had this thought that CP approved 140\'s would cause a 3 month delay, but it is not the case. My friend\'s ND-12/00 (140-CP) got his approval a month back. I think it is all a factor of pure luck. We just got to hang in there and pray to GOD.
