Any new AP approval?

Am waiting too..
AP's RD: 02/09/04...
My online msg for ap did not change, it still says 200 to 250 days...but the last updated date was changed to 5/11/04...
 
I am from NOV 2001. Got nothing yet. I will call 1800 today as the new processing date posted it yesterday and it's after 30days. Please wish me luck.

My 3rd AP N/D is 2/17/04. Have not heard anything yet. Even the last update time has not been changed at all. Really have no idea when it's going to be approved. Maybe I will get my 485 approved before that. That would be nice.

I have same ND for my AP (2/17/04). But I received RFE for my kids (ND 2/19/04). Let us see what happens to my AP.

Mine had ND 02/05/04. I got RFE. BCIS received my response on 04/30/04. Since then, not a word!! What's wrong with them??
 
They are busy working on 485 cases....

I just filed on 04/20/2004 for my AP, wait and see ????

BTW, called 800 number to enquire about my AP delay. They said they can initiate an enquiry only after USCIS posted processing date passes 30 days beyond ND. In my case, that'll be after AP processing date moves past 02/28/04.
 
I got My ap approved today May 20th. Me and My wife applied for ap on 9th Jan 2004 got RFE on 12th of April on both case. On my case they have spelling error for my name and for my wife they have asked if she ever been deported. My lawyer replied them and they received our reply on 12th May. They have also touched my 485 case on 19th of May ( from BCIS last updated date info ) , but i don't know what caused them to touch my 485 file, as i have recently fax them a request to expedite my application as my FP is getting expired in August and I also requested address change.
