Any ND2001 got approval...

Hi All,

Looks like VSC is processing the cases in both FIFO and LIFO fashion.
I heard that some ND 2001 cases have approved. Also I saw lot of messages with ND 2001 getting FP.

If a person file I-485 during Jan/Feb 2001 and did FP in Apr/May 2001, can they expect the approval soon.

Any idea? CSC will approve as soon as you are done with FP and ur PD is current.

There is long way to go. After March or April of 2000, INS started sending FP\'s immediatly. That doesn\'t mean that your application will be processed early. You still have to wait for the "Processing for Initial Receipt Date". Right now it is 4/1/00. Hope this helps.

Where did you get this info?.. We know CSC does this for sure but defnitely not VSC.
VSC always does it by ND if I am right

This looks like true....VSC has got fund to allocate separate
resources to process ND2001 cases.

Let us count how many FP done for ND2001 cases...
Mine : EB2, PD : 12/00 ND 02/01 and FP : 05/01
