Feels good to know many people are waiting just like me from OCT 99 but can\'t stop cursing INS for approving people at random. (Nothing against people getting approved with later dates) Sounds like they are even approving cases from APR 2000 ND now.

Hope someone cleans up the mess INS has created.

Would you mind giving more details about your RFE? Is it also for W2, employment letter etc? My case is very similar to yours, ie. EB1 sponsored by employer. But I haven\'t heard anything since our finger-print was done on 03/19/01.

I spoke to the IIO today and yesterday about status of application. I got a very scary reply on both occasions. They are telling
that my priority date is not current. According to the IIO the current date is Feb 98 for EB2.

Did anyone have similar experience?
