PD 98 RD 9/99 ND 10/99 FP 03/01 EB2 INDIA

Talked to IIO on Friday. She said my FP is fine and my case has gone into the processing area on Mar\'19th. Depending on who gets to see the case I should get an approval in 3 to 4 Weeks. I see lot of 01/00 and 02/00 approvals on this board. Just wondering if I am the only one left behind. If you are waiting like me please share your experiences.

I am sure whatever estimate IIO gives doesn\'t really matter but still would like to know.

SS6, When is FP date? What is the RFE for? Did you call IIO to find out what is happening with your case?

gary1, FP was in Sep12th 2000. RFE was for emp letter and paystub. I called IIO couple of times. Everytime they tells me wait 2/3 weeks. End of march IIO said you will hear something by Apr15, On Apr18, IIO said 2/3 more months. Its just so unfare.

I am waiting too after RFE for emp letter submitted on INS on Apr 11.

Hi,

My details are PD:4/97;ND:10/99;FP:03/07/01;

AVM says RFE sent on 4/9/01; attorney says, RFE not yet received; Tried calling VSC - closed due to emergency;
Reasons to celebrate:
more than 4 years in GC process;
more than 540 days in i-485
RFE not received even after 14 days

Just one of a kind, I guess. Couldn\'t be happier.

beegee VSC is not really closed due to emergency. Their AVM is messed up. Try calling after a couple of hours I am sure you can talk to the IIO.

2 EAD\'s. Probably I might need to apply for the 3rd EAD.

Still waiting. Three weeks back, I spoke to an IIO. She said our case is still pending. My attorney does not have any answer to give. Getting really frustrated.

When i talked to IIO I was told the same thing. That my file is complete and it was put on the shelf for processing on April 3rd.

looks like almost all of you are RFEers those who got RFE and responded or waiting for receipt of RFE ..
