Any ND June 2000 RFE Cases !

Please post if you have received RFE for ND June 2000. I have not being seen too many approvals for June 2000 lately, although I saw a lot of RFEs 2 weeks ago. Here are my details:
ND: June 2000
RFE received:last week of May 2001
RFE replied: First week of June 2001
Still waiting for the response from INS VSC.

Just curious, based on the postings about the mail backlog, do you guys know if your RFE\'s have been recvd and entered into the system. Has the AVM been updated yet. Though I have no RFE yet and am waiting,
looks like another wait around the corner is likely with the mail room problem. Does anyone know if they handle RFE\'s seperately from the 485 petitions in the mail room. Only positive things is approval notices are atleast having no impact due to the mail backlog. Only question is RFE\'s receipt notices which may cause further delay in entering into the system and officially VSC will be in 2001 with RFE cases going into hibernation.

I was told last week by my Attorney that according to the IIO I have been issued an RFE. Do you guys know how long does it take to get the RFE in the mail (just based on your experience)

The RFE for me was issued on the 31st of May and my lawyer received it on the 5th of June or so...replied back to the INS on the 7th of June.

EB2/India RD 05/00 ND 06/00 FP 10/00 PD 01/99.
