Just wonder how did you get your ND only 10 days after RD. Most of us here got 2 or 3 months delay during that period. Anyhow, hope we all get approved soon.
 
I think they had some problems with contractors in May 2001 and changed them in June 2001. So if you filed in May you got a ND in July or August but if you filed in June you got a ND in June or July. Mine is RD 6/22/01 and ND 7/16/01. But I don't think it help me at all since TSC seems to be working on 8/01 ND now.

We have almost the same dates for everything. I did my FP in 1/03 as well. Did you also can TSC at that time to get the FP manually scheduled? I am also hopelessly waiting.

Can anyone scan the SRC01220 series and fill the gap in the consolidated data sheet? Thanks a lot.
 
no i did not manually schedule the f/p. yes i did call them and they kept on saying they will send the f/p notice and i got in dec2002. done it in fl in jan 03. and now i am waiting.
 
My series is SRC 01220XXXXX. I scaned some numbers around me. Even though half of them were approved in 2002, I have not seen any movement for any of unapproved cases.

Thanks for sharing the information. It is so frustrating and unfair. Could you post your scanning results? When did you do your FP? Are you also EB2 (I am EB2 NIW)?
 
Yes it is unfair but

Yes it is unfair that some one behind you gets approved before you do. This random processing causes inefficiencies and more anxiety. AOS approvals is now more like a lottery. If you are luck you win. The only hope it atleast TSC is approving and will continue to do so, and eventually we will make it. When would be a question only God knows

when i scaned from 56000-56999, a lot of case numbers are non-existing (means invalid).

Thanks for the info. Mine is SRC0122051XXX and status is resumed on 2/3/03. We did our FP in 1/03. When did you do your FP?
