Any more May Cases( RD: May) Left - III

Trying to get a feeling as to how many more May cases are still pending. I know for a fact that Dont Care case is still pending. Please post details.

So, it is only 4 are waiting from May 01... Looks like a good thing guys

Most of them seems to have been approved. We are the last few left. We should get it fast.
 
Called IIO again, couple of minutes ago

Case still pending. Not yet assigned. Was told dont know why. IIO said that she would pull the file and assign it to an officer. It could take a week before it is assigned. Can she do that?.
 
Same here...

And the IIO says hold on tight for another 3 weeks and you will hear something... That is quite good.
 
May case - got a RFE

Received RFE on March 30th, and replied twice (the lawyer messed up) - the response is received first on April 22nd. Now waiting...

I hate RFE, and the way INS works
 
Approved May case

I almost lost my patience for the past month. Last night I heard from AVM "This case has been approved..." Hope nightmare was over.

What the heck is going on?

Called the IIO a few minutes ago and found out that the case is still pending. It has not been assigned to an officer. Any one called IIO recently. I really dont know what is going on. She gave me a lot of BS as to why the case is not assigned like each individual case is different, security check etc.
