Guys, President Bush hasn't sign the release of 10000 visa for the FY04 yet, is that mean we will not going to see approvals until he signs it?

Until he signs it, the number of visas for asylees is ZERO.

2 of us in my family got RFE. One on 9/29 and one on 10/08.
Notice date was 11/05/99 and FP was 08/15/03.
I think who ever has a notice date before 11/16/99 is being issued GC subject to everything being ok.
Like I said before BCIS is looking much better than the old INS in processing paperwork as well as giving good service when you call them.

No one is being issued a GC right now because there is no GC to be issued!

To reiterate, the BCIS is waiting for President Bush to decide. They are requesting RFE in anticipation of the the 10K allotment.
