any mid-july (RD) cases still pending ?

Hi, Are there any cases whose RD date is mid of July still pending? As far almost two months passed , why still not processed yet ? I saw some cases RD is 07/23 approved .

My RD is July 17, 2001 and ND is August 27, 2001...still waiting approval...no RFE and FP done Jan 3rd, 2002
