Any May 2003 still left out??

After two of the cases got approved a couple of months back with same dates as mine, Im feeling left out. Anybody with any updates?

Still waiting...looks like some officer is sleeping on our cases...I tried calling customer service for inquiry..they said that they can raise inquiry only when the RD is one month older than JIT date which is June 1, 2003.
Can you imagine they are approving 11/03, 12/03, 1/04 and even 2/04 cases ? Is there any faireness with USCIS ?
 
yea, i keep getting the thought that they dusted my file on 9/23 and stacked it back on 9/24. tom300025, Did you have any LUD changes?

Where did you get this information? Just curious, since I just checked the VSC processing dates (posted 19 November), and they are currently working on 6/03 (June).

Talked to my lawyer, he suggested we wait till the processing dates move ahead a month to initiate a query. Maybe I should try calling, who know the way things are going, I may get lucky.

Do you know if ur namecheck is completed? I sent an email last month, no reply yet. Im curiously waiting for the reply, just to make sure that isnt the reason for the delay.
