Any May 2003 or earlier filers waiting for approval ?

My details are ,
140/485 concurrent filed on 5/29/03
140 approved - Feb'04
Labor resubstitute - PD on 140 is Feb'99

485 RFE (missing medicals) replied on 12/7/04.

LUD changed once in Mar'05 but no message/status
change.

Called 800# on May 4th. No LUD change or mail from
USCIS.

Still waiting. Got stuck in FBI name check. FOIPA just came in from FBI with "no records found." Expedite request to VSC denied due to incomplete security checks. 2 status requests so far - lack of manpower to do security checks.

it seems that the cases filed specialy in March 2003 are stuck because of security checks. I did not get any response from FBI.

nyindia... if its no problem can u give an exact statement of the reply u got after ur query... I got a reply on 11 May for a query made on 4/12 that VSC is processing cases as of 12 Nov 2002....and that my date is 03/03 therefore is pending service consideration ... plz allow 60 days to hear from the office.

if u could reply with what u got in the letter i could be able to guess some questions that I have ... like my name check..is my case with the officer etc I will appreciate it

Wow! This is something totally new. How come their website states that their processing cases as of June 24, 2004??

The processing date is just to keep bush administration happy: Bush wants the processing time be 6 month but no funding to back it up.
 
Well, but there are tons of people with RD of 2004 and even 2005 being approved everyday. And we are just stuck :mad:

Mette ... ya this is some thing which is strange... how they came up with that date I dont know but my guess is is that the category may have to do some thing with it. Mine EB3 and then the labour was filed when 245(i) thing was new... though i do not fall under 245i but as my labour was filed in those dates so may be its beacuse of that ... on the other hand there have been approvals after and before my date.. its hard to say what INS DOES as far as the dates are concerned. I am hoping to get some thing in augest if i believe what my letter says.
