Any may 2002 without FP?
What's wrong with TSC?
When we are going to get our fp notices?
Is something wrong with our cases?
Did TSC miss our files?
What can we do?

I have no idea why TSC is doing this with people.
There is flood of approvals for 2003 and no FP for 2002.
I am so tired of this.
 
Hold on guys.

Keep sending Faxes every other week and also mail the same draft to them and pray.

sent shitload of faxes, contacted a whole bunch of senators and kongressman
no results..

no FP yet...???

we should sue UCIS for citinzenship...it should count from 180 days from I485 submission of even from the moment the I-485 was filed....

Sent few faxes and letters, no use. Can i contact any congress man. Is it ok to contact other other service center Senetor on Congress man. Because if other Service Centers related Congress man or Senetor sends any letter, are they move case to that service center. Is it possible.

If possible, request your lawyer (representative) to send a letter to USCIS
to expedite your cases.
I strongly feel, it helped in my case.

I requested lot of times to my lawyer. They says they are
Not going to send any letter to USCIS. And they don’t want
To also.

Always they are saying we need to wait until Officer
Open your file. So I don’t know what to say to them, I gave
Few examples also, still they are told the same thing.

That why I am planning to give all my details to Senator.
He not belongs to my State (I mean Any of TSC States, He is
From NY). He told he can send a letter to TSC about my Case.
I don’t know what to say to him. If I give all details to him
And after sending a letter to TSC, Is there any chance that
TSC can move my file to That Service center, because that
Senator belongs to another service center. I don’t want that at
This stage.

Once again my Lawyer is not helping me and any one who applied
Through him. Just they always telling we need to wait until
Office opens our file, any way we know that.
 
Your lawyor is, in many case, not helping to speed up I-485s. I'm 100% convinced that massive complaints from lawyors would have significant effect on TSC to change their unjust policy that favors concurrent 2003 applications on 2002 applicants (some who had started their I-140 in 2000 or 2001). But after all why should lawyors help? they are making lots of money from these EAD and AP renewals. Its a cash flow for them. They love it.
 
I would say take appointment using InfoPass to talk to Immigration officer at local service center. They do have additional information about our cases.

I can understand what you are going thro', I was in a similar boat.
What I ended-up doing was giving entire typed letter to my lawyer and
requested him to just take print-out and mail it to TSC.
He was kind enough to do that with reluctance though !
He kept on telling me that it won't help and blah ... blah ...
At the same time, I sent fax to TSC and made few phone calls to NSC.
I believe, letter from Lawyer triggered my FP. Can't say for sure !
