hi,
its good to see all these approvals for may 01 filers.was just wondering if there is anyone from may 01, still waiting for their approval?
RD-04/01
ND-05/01
FP-02/03
3 EAD'S and 3 AP'S.
APPROVAL DATE?????????????????????????????

I am also one of the unlucky one.
4th EAd applied.
Had to get IEAD (third one).
Other conditions like you.

and they don't use this forum. I have two friends whose cases were in May 01 and FPed a year ago and are still waiting.

I am May 2001 nd.
The most recent development for me was that my wife got an RFE (MEDICAL) just last week. But my case is still saying (resumed/fp).

I am keeping my fingers crossed. I am praying fervently for the Lord to approve all May 2001 cases. I thinking they will all be cleared out by January 2004. In thy mighty name of Jesus! - Amen!

FP's in March 2003.
Filed for 3rd AP 8+ months ago (RFE for I-140 received last week)and about to file for the 4th EAD.
 
one doubt

i have seen a lot of you guys have a reciept date in may while notice date is later....so when tsc is processing april 01 is it rd or nd?:eek:
