Any link between AP2 Application and 485 kickstart

My 485 app has been dormant for 1 year now.
My 140 was early this year

If I apply Ap2 (Ap renewal), will it start some activity on my 485 app?

May be. But i could draw some similarities, after my AP2 AND EAD2 was approved within a week they sent me notice for FP2, but then my FP1 got expired on July-2004.
But there are few users in the forum who have done ap/ead renewal thrice, but couldn't get their 485 file on motion, some super lucky ones especially mid-late 2003 filers got 485 approved with only 1 ead and AP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't think there is any relation. AP/EAD is probably handled by different folks than the 485. But you never know!
 
I heard that if you do Online AP2, you have to go to district office and give Finger Print.

THat should expedite 485 right?

So do online AP2 filers have an advantage over paperbased AP2 filers?
