Am I alone here? Did an officer's cat eat my papers? Did someone used them to make paper airplanes, napkin, etc???

Our processing dates are 8/10/2001.
NSC knows there are some files pending and kept/lost (where god knows).
But in there database it is showing up , so atleast they are aware that DaoMingTze's file is pending.
