Good luck with the interview! Do you have any clues what they want from you? In may case it's nunc pro tunc - and the date of interview is still months or, maybe, even years away. :mad:

They only asked for my NP, I-94, birtdate certificate and an translater (if i don't speak english) , that's it.

Hey guys,

received noticed for Bio 1 next Friday, no change in LUD. We'll see what happens next.

That's a bit strange. In your timeline it shows you had BIO3 in Oct 2005 , so there should not have been any need for a BIO1 now, but maybe they lost the BIO3 results?
 
It didn't surprise me at all because USCIS are always doing weird things like that. The last time I did a Bio 1 was July 2004 and I think fingerprints are only good for one year so maybe when the offier looked at my file he/she realized that it's been more than 1 year. Who knows...
 
But you did BIO3 in Oct 2005 and BIO3 includes fingerprints and signature and picture (the whole deal), so BIO1 now really seems to be not needed. Anyway, good luck.

Never had Bio code 3 or any other Bio for that matter.
Just had very strange letter that stated
"I-485 Approved on 02/20/2003" on10/10/05 that turned out to be wrong.

Hi kjonim32,

I was looking at your timeframe and I was just curious about the weird letter you got. Are you saying that they approved you on 2/30/2003 and then on 10/10/05, they said it was a mistake??? That was really weird.

Yes, the letter they sent me initially had instructions on how to fill out I-90
for a replacement card.
