Any Latest receipts from NSC for I485 Appls. ????? - Please respond

I sent I485 Apps. on 05/14/01 - but still I haven\'t received any receipt notice from NSC Office.
Please let me know other\'s status who are in the same boat. If you have received receipt,
please write ur details.

My lawyer sent 485,131 and 765 documents together on May 1st 2001 at NSC.
I just received receipts yesterday itself. Details are as follows.
PD 5/12/1998, EB3 INDIA
RD 5/04/2001, ND 6/5/2001
Case # LIN-01-191-XXXXX

The NSC received my husband\'s I-485 application on 4/23/01 and we still haven\'t gotten a receipt.

Hi guigui,

Actually my lawyer received the receipts on 06/11/2001 and he forwarded the copies to me on 06/12/2001. I am still missing the receipt for my EAD though. On the other hand my wife got all the receipts (485,131,765) at the same time. She is the derivative on my case.

It might Post-office delay.

My lawer sent my file on May 10, I am still waiting.
