post details if your case is approved or you have had an LUD since jan 2005
LUD on my 140 and 485 changed to jan-4th 2005. my spouse's 485 LUD didn't change.
 
I know of a substitute case aproved in Jan. 05

Hi All,

I know one substitute case was approved in Jan 2005. The 140/485 RD is Dec. 2003 and LC PD is before Jan 2002.

It gives a great relief that USCIS is considering labor PD for the retrogression purposes.

I140 Approved

Hi,

I checked my status on CIS website and it is showing that my case was approved yesterday. (Jan 5th)
My case was labor substitution I140 priority date was 6/11/05 and I filed I140/485 concurrently. I am pleasantly surprised as the current date of processing on BCIS website is April 8th

My filing date for I140/485 with the California Service Center was also 12/30/2004. Please let me know if you received the receipt# or any updates for your case. I am worried because even my checks have not been deposited.

what is your PD: 6/11/04, 6/11/03, 6/11/02?

I sent I-140/485 on Dec 20th, CSC received them on 21st, i received my receipts on 01/06/2004, the checks were cleared on 01/05/05.
 
LUD on my I-140 is 01/05/05. I am not sure whether or not this is due to mass update.

I did get an LUD on 4/1/05 on my 140 and 485 apps. but my wife's app was untouched. in fact the message hasn't changed for her since may but the lud is 12/09/04 since i have done inquiries.

Sorry...RD: 7/21/04. I am just wondering why LUD is on 01/04/05. JIT Report describes that the process date is still 04/08/04.

it could be because FP notice might have been sent or printed or some preliminary processing might be happening.
