Any knowledge of Denver ?

Denver DOL shows up in the list as processing 4/2003 for RIR. Anyone has any knowledge into what Denver's track record is in terms of remand-to-state/rejection etc. ? Would appreciate it if anyone having first-hand experience shares it.

Go to immigration.com home --> click on 'Labour certitifcation processing times' --> click on 'Labor - Federal Level'

Its a Fedral Level Date not a SESA date

DEnvar SESA is very much slow...they are still processing 2001 April applications!!!!

Why cannot they use staff from other SESA or send their applications to toher SESA offices so that they backlog is reduced.

NY, TX SESA offices are doing same.
